DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Mix one serving with water.
Flavoured versions: 3.9 g (three quarters scoop) with 150 ml of water.
Natural flavour: 3.4 g with 150 ml of water.
Use one serving daily.

Training days
Take one serving 30 minutes before training or one serving directly after training.

Non training days
Take one serving in the morning after waking up or one serving before bedtime.
