NITROBOLON PUMP SHOT contains beta-alanine, beetroot juice, glycerol and amino acids.
Recommended daily portion is 45 ml.

RECOMMENDED USE:
Take a single serving of the product – 15 ml (1 tablespoon), 3 servings daily. On workout days: 1st serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving 30 minutes before training, 3rd serving directly after a workout. On non-workout days: 1st serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving between meals, 3rd serving after the main meal. Shake before use.
