CREATINE MONO+ is a dietary supplement containing creatine, which enhances physical performance during successive bursts of short, very intense physical exercise. The beneficial effect is achieved when consuming 3 g of creatine per day.
Furthermore, CREATINE MONO+ is enriched with vitamin C, which contributes to the reduction of fatigue and tiredness.
The recommended daily serving size of the product is 4.1 g.
Who is CREATINE MONO+ Recommended For?
CREATINE MONO+ is particularly recommended for athletes in strength and power sports.
CREATINE MONO+ Dosage:
Mix one serving of the product, which is 4.1 g (1 scoop), in 200 ml of water. Consume one serving per day.
On training days: Take one serving 30 minutes before training or one serving immediately after training.
On non-training days: Take one serving in the morning upon waking or one serving before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving size.
WARNINGS:
This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The supplement is not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
