TRI-CREATINE MALATE WITH CITRULLINE MALATE

CM3 + CITRULLINE ATP contains creatine which increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

CM3 + CITRULLINE ATP is designed for professional athletes. Recommended daily portion is 10 capsules.

RECOMMENDED USE:
Take a single serving of the product - 5 capsules, wash it down with 300 ml of water. Use 2 servings a day. On workout days: 1 serving in the morning after getting up, 1 serving 30 min. before a workout or 1 serving immediately after workout. On non-workout days: 1 serving in the morning after getting up, 1 serving serving between meals or 1 serving at bedtime.
